Do I need to sign up for the loyalty program?

No. Enrollment in the Scholars Loyalty Program is automatic. As long as your student is actively enrolled and completes academic terms with Matheaze Tutors, your family’s loyalty status is tracked for you.

How do you define an “academic term”?

An academic term is a standard instructional period based on either the fall or winter/spring semester. The periods are as follows: August to December (Fall), Winter/Spring (January to May/June)

Are loyalty credits applied every term or every year?

Loyalty credits are awarded annually, not per term. This keeps the program simple, predictable, and easy to understand—no rolling balances or confusing calculations.

Do loyalty credits expire?

Yes. Loyalty credits must be used within the designated academic year in which they are awarded. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Are there any recurring discounts or hidden conditions?

No. The program does not include recurring discounts, points systems, or automatic deductions. All benefits are clearly defined, capped, and awarded once per year.

How do referrals work, and when do they count?

A referral is considered successful once the referred family completes one full paid month of tutoring services. Referral-based benefits are applied only after payment is received and processed. To learn more about our referral program, visit https://matheaze.com/referral/

Can I combine loyalty credits with other promotions or offers?

Unless otherwise stated, loyalty credits cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers. This helps us keep pricing fair and consistent for all families.

What are “seasonal programs,” and do I have to enroll in them?

Seasonal programs are optional, limited-time academic offerings, such as test prep programs, summer tutoring, or newly introduced programs and features. Loyalty members receive early access and priority enrollment, but participation is never required.

What is the Handouts Library, and is it required?

The Handouts Library is a supplemental digital learning resource available as a complimentary benefit to Gold and Platinum families for a limited time each year. It is designed to support tutoring, not replace it, and participation is optional.

Will free access to the library automatically renew or convert to a paid subscription?

No. Complimentary access does not automatically renew. Families may choose to continue access at a preferred rate, but there is no obligation to do so.

Can my loyalty tier go down if we pause tutoring?

Yes. Loyalty tiers are based on completed continuous academic terms. Extended pauses or inactive enrollment may affect tier progression. Families can always rebuild status by resuming consistent enrollment.

Is this program available to all students and grade levels?

Yes. The Family Loyalty Program applies to all Matheaze Tutors academic programs, regardless of grade level, subject, or delivery format, unless otherwise specified.

Can Matheaze Tutors change the loyalty program in the future?

Matheaze Tutors reserves the right to update or modify the program as needed. Any changes will not retroactively affect credits or benefits already awarded.
