Can I purchase more than one plan?

Do you offer refunds?

What happens if I miss a lesson?

Make-up sessions are available based on your selected plan and must be used within the same month.

Are the prices listed per student or per group?

All prices listed are for the total group. For example, a 2-student semi-private plan covers both students in the cost shown.

Do all students in a group need to be at the same grade or level?

Yes. To ensure effective instruction, all students in a semi-private or group session should be at a similar grade level and working on the same subject or topic.

Can I enroll siblings in a group or semi-private plan?

Yes! Siblings can absolutely share a semi-private or group plan if they meet the subject and level requirements.

Can I form my own group?

Yes, you may create your own group with friends, siblings, or classmates—as long as all students are a good academic match and available at the same time.

What happens if one student in the group misses a session?

Group sessions continue as scheduled. Make-up sessions are only available if the entire group misses the session and reschedules together within the same month.

Can I switch from a group plan to a private plan later?

Yes, you can switch plans based on availability. Just contact us to update your plan and schedule.
