YOUR SAME-PERFORMANCE PROJECTION

An estimate, not a guarantee or an official GPA. Each year is given equal weight. Actual school GPAs may use course credits, different weighting, repeated courses and high school courses taken before 9th grade. Confirm your official GPA with your school counselor.

For children, a parent or guardian should fill this in. Adults can use their own details.
For grades 10-12, we average the completed yearly GPAs you enter and use that average for each remaining year. For 9th grade, we use your GPA so far as a provisional full-year GPA, then carry it forward through 12th grade. With the same performance assumed, the projected final GPA equals the average you entered.
AP, IB and pre-AP / honors: Schools set their own weighting rules. Select school-reported weighted GPA to include the weight already awarded to those courses. Course checkboxes change the assessment message, not the numbers: course labels alone do not tell us grades, credits or school bonuses, so we do not invent a GPA increase. Pre-AP is not automatically weighted.
The what-if scenario replaces the projected years with your chosen future yearly GPA. It does not change completed years. For 9th grade, your GPA so far remains the provisional 9th-grade value; the scenario changes grades 10-12.
Equal-year formula: (sum of entered yearly GPAs + projected yearly GPA × remaining years) ÷ 4.
